Leslie & I tried a newish brewery last night in Oxnard. They just had their two year anniversary and I heard there was a cool musician. The place is clean, great atmosphere, great food, polite and most importantly, the beer was awesome! The music @nataliewattre was amazing. We requested The Smith and Echo and the Bunnymen and she played it. I requested Creep by Radiohead and she knocked it out of the park. We’ll be back.

Not sure if I’ve ever drank a single hop Pale Ale before. Interesting! THEM: Row 2, Hill 56 (Single Hop Pale Ale) 100% Simcoe hops make up this beer from start to finish! It is named for the location in the experimental hop yard in Yakima, WA, where it was first created. Rainbow Bright @smogcitybeer Torrance, California (New England Hazy IPA) ABV: 6.2% IBU: N/A RATING: ️️️️ ME: Another Goodie from the Smog Days: Haze Craze Series. This THEM: Rainbow Bright lights up the glass with a beautiful golden haze. The aroma pops with big aromas of mango, juicy fruit gum, and citrus zest aromas supported by delicate floral and tropical fruit notes. This beer comes across soft but slightly dry for a hazy making it super drinkable. Clocking in at 6.2, this beer is almost sessionable and definitely hits the spot on those sunny but slightly cool winter days.
