This brewer has some type of connection to The City so Journey seemed fitting. Thank you for the beer care package Mahalo @beergeek808 THEM: Last round of customers left, chairs up on tables, and cash in hand, you head out into the darkness with the ragtag crew you braved the service industry with. The lights are the only dim thing at any after hours establishment. Meant to cater to the service industry and the civilians brave enough to sit shoulder to shoulder, these late night establishments care for the people who have to perpetually smile, except Calvin who’s always smiling. This American Black Style Lager is based on a San Francisco favorite. Notes of chocolate, coffee, and cigarettes paint a silhouette of your typical FOH veteran. It gets you by the boo boo. THEM: 2x4 has a stupid amount of hops, layered on a light malt base that gives way to notes of pine, citrus, and tropical fruit. @russianriverbrewingofficial Windsor, California in collaboration with @firestonewalker Paso Robles, California (Kellerbier / Zwickelbier - Kellerpils) ABV: 5.3% IBU: N/A RATING: 4.00/5.00 ️️️️ ME: Two of my California Favorites, of course it’s going to be stellar. THEM: STiVO is an unfiltered and dry-hopped Keller style pilsner brewed with our friends at Firestone Walker. Originally conceived in 2016 as a mashup of Firestone Walker’s Pivo Pils with our STS Pils, STiVO is a happily arranged marriage of both recipes, which were already quite similar except for the hop bill.
