FLAVOR: Jimmy’s Killer Blue Cheese Butter Wings
THE BACKSTORY: We were at a block party on July 3rd and a family friend Jimmy shared with me his recipe for wings so on the 4th I was determined to make those wings (keep in mind Jimmy did not give me any measurement). Unfortunately, they turned out a bit salty. So, today I adjusted the seasoning and they came out pretty good. I still have to tweak the recipe for the next batch.
RECIPE: Here’s what I did on the last batch... washed and dried the wings, gave a light dusting for the Chef Merito Chicken Seasoning, throw them on the grille until they are about 80% done, pull them off, add blue cheese, butter and Franks hot sauce to a bowl and melt in microwave, once melted, spread on both side of wings and throw them back on the grille until they are almost done and pull them off, added a little more of the blue cheese butter concoction and throw them in the oven at 180 for 20 to 30 minutes.
RESULTS: If you like blue cheese and wings, you gotta try this one. #wingshare

Isak Heartstone is a 15-foot-tall wooden troll created in 2018 by Danish artist Thomas Dambo. Dambo is famous for building giant trolls around the world from recycled wood and reclaimed materials. His artwork encourages people to:
