Recipes: Picture 2 - Homemade Cilantro Lime Wings, Picture 3 - Tzatziki Sauce. The Guacamole is avocado, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
PELLET FLAVOR: Oak, Hickory, Cherry
COOKING PROCESS: Smoked for 1.5 hours at 250, Turned it up to 450 for 10 minutes.
RESULTS: They were good but not great. I marinated them for about 5 hours, I would recommend marinating overnight. Needed more flavor #wingshare

THEM: The wizard was definitely enjoying some exotic herbs and spices he picked up on his vacation when he brewed up this batch of mystic hazy brew! Plenty of flaked oats provide a pillowy soft mouthfeel laced with lbs of dank green hops from some of his favorite strains - Idaho 7, Simcoe, Chinook and Columbus create a Hazy IPA loaded with grapefruit, sweet pineapple, and sticky green pine resin flavors. Pouring bright yellow with a dense haze so thick you’d swear it was smoke. We tried a brewery that I’ve wanted to visit for awhile. We were very impressed... Everything was super clean and open (great ambience). Staff was very personal and took care of us. We definitely felt welcomed. The beers were great and the food came quickly and was delicious. Get a taster of their ‘Java Bump Coffee Blonde’. It’s very unusual and interesting. Joel Martin @tronmoog played some of my favorites including some Dead.
